During the dry spell of female jpop singer releases I started looking up ’similar artists’ of those I love - particularly Ayaka- and after pages of BS I found Miho Fukuhara whom I now adore! She’s got an amazing voice

He’s breaking a lot of hearts it seems [of english fans that is, I can't read any other language to know other opinions]. I’ve read a lot of Hiro fans don’t know who Ayaka is, which I don’t understand since she sang Okaeri for Absolute Boyfriend. Ayaka has a new single coming out ‘夢を味方に／恋焦がれて見た夢’  Yume wo Mikata ni has a PV out [I love it, I've missed her voice] 

The best news would be that Yui’s back from her break but she’s not entirely .

YUI is collaborating with Stereo Pony!!!

I loved their Bleach ending [Bleach has some of the best music ever created but thats another story] ‘Hitahiro no Hanabira’ and  ’泪のムコウ’ was alright but I was afraid they were going to go over to the preppy-girly-jpop side with ‘ステレオポニーの旅はつづく’. However, I love everything YUI does so I’m sure to love the new song “I do it” coming out in April. Aimi of Stereo Pony was aparently influenced by YUI [who isn't I was & I'm not even a singer] and YUI came to the studio they were working in one day during her break and now they’re singing her song!!!!

Since I started to listen to Younha I’ve found more musicians to love like Epik High, Clazziuai, Casker, Loveholic, W & Whale, & Taru. It went like this: Younha did a special performance with Epik High singing 486 & Love Love Love so I looked into them. Epik High did a special performance with Clazziquai singing Dance & Paris so I listened to their music. I wanted more fusion’ music like Clazziquai and Casker was apparently similar but I only like a few of their songs ( the one from the gourmet OST is my favorite). Clazziquai did ‘Shocking Pink Rose’ with W and Loveholic, Alex (from Clazziquai) singing 2 songs with Ji Sun (formerly from Loveholic) and Alex sang ‘Flowerpot’ a lot in WGM so I found their old music – when Ji Sun was with them. Taru is in the WGM soundtrack and was played during an Alex & Shin Ae part so I found her music.WGM also got me to listen to Cinderella by Seo In Young, Too Much by Crown J and Get Hot by Hwang Bo. The latest Loveholic song ‘butterfly’ features My Aunt Mary, Park Ki Young, W & Whale

 

Of course once I get into Loveholic the lead singer leaves but ‘butterfly’ is awesome- good thing they have friends. I love Loveholic songs: Magic, Sad Story, Mirage (they have good angst too), Sunglass, Loveholic, Come Play, Re-wind, Flowerpot of course I watched WGM then looked up Loveholic music after Alex made it sound so good. 

Butterfly ft. Clazziquai, My Aunt Mary, Park Ki Young, W & Whale,

LOVE Clazziquai- now semi-split into Alex and Ibadi. I think Horan’s work with Ibadi is better than Alex’s ‘M Vintage Romance’ but he is a great singer. I’m so happy they aren’t really split & still sing together though, like in ^’buterfly’ and Metrotronics (love Flea soo much) Every Clazziquai song is great, I love them all. their voices together are beautiful

Lover Boy-

I found W & Whale through ^’butterfly’, I had listened to W’s ‘Shocking Pink Rose’ since Clazzi & Loveholic were in it. 

I like how ‘W’ stands for ‘Where the story ends’ and in the Vol. 1 Hardboiled CD she sings ‘this is not where the story ends’ a lot. RPG Shine is great,  Too Young to Die, Too Drunk to Live is great & Double life of Agatha Christie is cool with a great title. She has actual talent like Clazziquai & Younha unlike the Wonder Girls, boy bands & Big Bang

I watch WGM or did till JoongBo left, I downloaded the soundtrack that fans are constantly compiling and fell in love with ‘Remember’ by the Melody. So of course once I decide to listen to them the lead singers gone. Taru has her own cd ( & was featured in 1 Minute 1 Second by Epik High) she’s cute and peppy. 

But I’ll remember because ‘you’ll be rebirth’

Why would you marry someone over twice your age!!!!!!?????? Well whatever – Maakii’s gone, replacement auditions are being held- rumor is the new female vocal will be announced when the LOUD BEE LIVE DVD comes out (Jan. 28 mine’s pre-ordered through yesasia). She’s 21 he’s 50 I don’t understand! At least H&MC is still going to make music. I hope the new girl isn’t better than Maakii though cause I don’t want to forget her

Extra off shot movie & Here I am PV as well. I really would have loved to see them perform ‘Sweet Escape’, ‘Parade’, ‘Amazing’, ‘Hopelessness’, or ‘Tsumi’. I figured they would do ‘Tadoritsuku Basho’ or ‘Okizarisu’ since its a Maki farewell thing but guess not.

(A little comfort comes from the new Korean singer I’m finding and Stereo Pony sounds promising.)

Just taking a closer look at the ‘Amazing’ PV and Maki is wearing a NANA ring, one that I was just looking for for a christmas present for myself. AHHHHHHHHHH I love her, I’ve seen her plenty with the finger length ring in Nana but that is related to somthing else I think it was in one of the first Nana chapters/episodes. Are they ever going to have a season 2 I would love it so much. Maki rocks she models, sings, acts, is adorable, will be cloned for my child, gets to sing with Yusuki, knows Meg, would be so cute with Sassy (she cute enough for the both of them), likes NANA and is just awesome.

HIGH & MIGHTY COLOR (H&MC) is the best rock band ever! Why? Because it has three guitarests and Sassy and female and male vocals!!!!
